Earlier this week, Pete Morgan, Vice President of Demand, and Misia Tramp, Vice President, Customer Experience Strategy and Insight, were invited to be featured speakers for the Brandwatch Now You Know(NYK) two-day conference held in Chicago, IL, May 7–8, 2018.
The event kicked off with some beautiful sunshine, a room of over 500 social-insights leaders from the world’s largest brands and agencies, and an array of colorful socks (an annual tradition of the Brandwatch folks
So, what happened?
Pete and Misia were in good company with an agenda of impressive industry leaders lined up to talk, including Bank of America, Dell, Forrester, Toyota, and Uber. It was a great event with discussions on digital transformation, customer experience, demand generation, social listening, and how to gather a truly intelligent and collective view of the customer through data.
During Pete’s featured presentation, he reviewed a case study about how Metia doubled lead-generation ROI for a B2B technology client. You can read the case study in full on the Brandwatch website.
Pete wrapped up his presentation by sharing a link to a Metia report that provides strategic guidance on the “Seven essential trends for B2B marketing leaders” available for download.
Misia followed with a sold-out round-table discussion on how to “Turn actionable insights into business success.” She guided discussions about the successes and challenges faced by businesses to find and prove the ROI of marketing and advertising activities.
Brandwatch finished the conference with several big announcements of new features and partnerships designed to make researchers’ lives easier, including a new partnership with LexisNexis to enhance media monitoring and take PR analysis to the next level. Plus, they’ve added a new addition to their VIZIA dashboard—emotion analysis—a tool to detect emotions in social data to help brands enhance the customer experience.
Thank you to Giles Palmer, Will McInnes, and the whole Brandwatch team (especially Heather, Kendra, Paul, and Margot) for a very enjoyable few days and another great conference.
