Metia is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support our U.S. Sales team in Los Angeles. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with the right personality, drive, and ambition who wants to learn the ropes and grow into a full Sales Executive role.
What You’ll Do
- Set up meetings for the sales executive and ensure smooth handoffs with prospects.
- Proactively make cold calls and engage with potential clients.
- Manage a pipeline of clients and support the executive team in opening the right doors – including at c-suite level
- Confidently interact with people face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Learn proven sales techniques and gain exposure to the full sales cycle.
- Support client relationship-building activities and help keep the pipeline moving.
- Bring energy, follow-through, and resilience to help drive new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people and building connections.
- Action-driven, ambitious, and motivated by results.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- No prior sales experience required—we value attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in marketing, client-facing roles, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
