Dell Technologies has extended the relationship between Metia Group and its Global Customer Engagement organization. Metia will continue to provide support on capturing, developing and celebrating Dell Technologies customer stories worldwide.
For over fifteen years Metia Group has supported Dell Technologies by helping to tell engaging and compelling customer stories which celebrate the use of technology to benefit the lives of consumers, businesses and society.
During this period Metia has produced content in 26 languages across 50 countries. Metia will now continue to capture and express how, through the words and stories of its own customers, Dell Technologies help individuals and organizations across the globe transform their use of technology.
The Metia team across the Americas, Europe and Asia collaborate with local Dell teams to create voice of the customer videos, sales tools, social and campaign content, telling Dell customer stories from the win phase all the way through to publicly available references. Within the globally integrated program content is created to celebrate the successes of customers and partners in organizations of all sizes, across diverse roles and vertical industries.
Vice President of Metia Austin, Dan Brooks said: “We love working with the Dell Technologies team and are delighted to be continuing our partnership with them. Our ability to use insight and strategy across customer advocacy campaigns has allowed us to consistently evolve our offering, and as a result tell better stories for Dell and its customers. We’ve forged strong relationships working with the Global, US, EMEA and APJ teams and are excited to see what projects the next chapter brings.”
