Metia and Penn State win gold for Business Transformation at Loyalty360 awards

SEATTLE - Metia Group, a global B2B marketing agency, announced that it has won a gold award at the Loyalty360 Engagement & Experience conference in Denver, Colorado.

Metia and client Penn State University were jointly honored with a gold award for “Business Transformation,” and a bronze award for “Innovation and Experience Design.”

The Loyalty360 awards program was established to highlight brand leaders who are utilizing new technologies, techniques, or frameworks to execute a customer experience strategy to measurably impact the customer experience.

During the conference, Rose Cameron, Director of Innovation for Penn State and Metia’s Insights and Analytics team delivered, “Hanging in the Virtual Quad,” a presentation featuring Metia’s innovative customer journey methodology that is helping to drive alumni loyalty at the university.
