Metia Group wins Microsoft Supplier of the Year 2017

SEATTLE - Global marketing agency, Metia Group has been awarded a Microsoft Supplier of the Year Award 2017.

Microsoft’s annual Supplier of the Year awards recognize just three suppliers worldwide (in small, medium and large supplier categories) which are selected from many thousands of businesses providing all categories of goods and services supplied to the company.

To win the award for small supplier, Metia was judged to have demonstrated excellence in five key areas:
• Brand Value
• Innovation
• Market Agility
• Reducing Risk
• Cost management

These attributes were demonstrated within a series of customer and partner marketing projects undertaken for Microsoft, each featuring examples of outstanding service excellence contributed by the Metia teams involved.

“This is a great endorsement of our ability to add value to our relationship with one of the world’s leading brands,” said Andrew Martin, Chief Executive, Metia Group. “We strive to become a true partner to all of our client companies. This award is a great recognition of the creativity, innovation and hard work applied by the teams inside Metia who serve our Microsoft clients around the world.”

“I am pleased to recognize this year’s Microsoft Supplier Program Excellence Awards winners for their exceptional performance,” said Mike Simms, GM and Chief Procurement Officer Microsoft. “Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration are crucial to our mutual success. On behalf of Microsoft, I want to thank the award winners for their business impact and partnership.”

Metia Group was a previous winner of the Microsoft Supplier Excellence Awards for Brand Value in 2013, a runner up for Microsoft Supplier Excellence Awards for Innovation in 2014, and Microsoft Supplier of the Year Award in 2016.
