The AMA Data Insights Virtual Conference is a full-day, interactive online event with an audience of about 1,000 attendees and an average of 2,000+ registrants. Their goal is to connect leading marketers with data insights gurus who will provide them with the latest trends and techniques.

Misia’s presentation “The transformation of the customer journey from ‘selling things’ to ‘creating ‘experiences’ for audiences”, will explore how to create emotional moments across the journey and how to incorporate linguistic and visual datasets which can help to understand the voice of the customer in their words and in their context.
