censhare selects Metia to deliver customer-centric marketing programs

LONDON – censhare, the universal smart content management platform, has selected Metia Group to support a range of customer-centric marketing programs. These activities include insight and research, customer advocacy, storytelling, influencer engagement and demand generation.

censhare enables global brands, including Dyson, Jaguar Land Rover, Kohl’s and GoPro, to engage their audiences efficiently and easily managing content, digital assets, and product information. With censhare’s advanced content management software, firms can then publish content that is personalized via multiple channels – including digital, social and print – in a variety of formats, personas and languages at a very large scale.

censhare selected Metia because of its expertise in capturing and creating compelling customer stories for major international corporations such as Amazon, Dell Technologies and Microsoft.

Metia was tasked by censhare to deliver the creation of customer stories; providing both a ‘best in class’ template for the most appropriate assets together with a narrative that is both consistent and authentic. The assets created include case study, infographic, web, blog and and sales enablement material. The program is supported by amplification through owned, earned, and bought digital media channels. All customer stories will be delivered in both English and German.

The success of this program has led censhare to ask Metia to support its influencer and analyst-relations initiatives, together with the delivery of customer engagement campaigns and associated demand-generation activities.
